Aperiodic parameters are systematically dependent on the frequency range used to estimate them. We evaluated intracortical recordings of 62 patients using both Specparam and IRASA.

I wrote this paper recently with several of the issues I believe deserve being tackled. From a more technical perspective but not mathematically formalized.
On the one hand, it's good that one of the most influential men in America has realized that Trump is leading us down the pathway to fascism.
On the other hand, it's very unfortunate that one of the most influential men in American didn't realize that endorsing Trump would lead us to fascism.
