Should add - I don't spend any time worrying about Kobe/Wilt/Bam because sports are fun and arguing about sports is fun.

I'm not gonna lie it looked like Bam was playing against 3rd graders, but I won't hold it against him or Wilt.
Best comparison I think is Grinnell basketball, "let's have fun and see if we can get a record."
Darrall Imhoff, former NBA center who got torches by wilt Chamberlain
Because this guy was the opposing center
Holy shit we are at $4170/6000!
I went to bed feeling hopeless but here we are already! Let's fucking go!!!
Is it maybe like 2005 Kobe? You have a plan, even a good one, he still still goes for 81.
Wait, Davion Mitchell and Donovan Mitchell both wear 45???
I know it's incredibly easy to say, but an official diagnosis and treatment (at 31) was life-changing. You're worth it!
I've decided to rescind this take, for no particular reason at all.
Well...
The Arsenault coaches at Grinnell college every few years pick a stat to try to set an NCAA record, who wouldn't want to play in an environment like that, or with Spo.
Love Spoelstra feeding Bam at the end. Effing Bam Adebayo has a non-Wilt record and it's for points, that's hilarious.
Basketball is a game, it's supposed to be fun, records are fun.
I gotta ask, why do you almost exclusively post about Kamala Harris?
The screenshot here is of a twin cities TV station. There's been a LOT of other things going on to talk about - do you live in the twin cities?
While you were managing supply chain logistics I was studying the blade.
I would have been far more aggressive breaking from Biden on Gaza and prosecuting Trump, maybe that would've helped. Neither of us can be certain, no one knows the perfect way to win an election. But I would try because the current timeline is horrible.
Would you make changes, or would you not?
Ok but there was a 107 day campaign.
Would you have made any changes, any at all?
Knowing the results, if you could go back to 2024 and somehow influence the campaign would you make any changes?
This is about non-voters, I didn't say only responsible, I'm not keeping any secrets, I don't think it was spelled out perfectly, I do also hold the GOP responsible. All on top of an empty calorie 2 post metaphor that, again, is responding to incredibly tame criticism. The defensiveness is stunning.
I thought this was hilarious but my spouse didn't get it. And she's dead wrong.
Screenshot closeup of a game NPC text box, specifically that it's page 1 out of 3 for their useless dialogue.
They could not say it in 1 page, they could not say it in 2.
Geez you're mean. They don't need to find the EU I'd rather they just vote for my candidate.
Wait no they'll play Dallas tomorrow, do A.C. Green night.
Do a Lou Williams night instead.
There's no way it was because of Kornet though, right? People had been talking about it before his blog, I kinda figured there'd be ~discourse~ before the game anyway.
Oh and cut off funding to Israel. Having a moral compass to oppose genocide is pretty inspiring.
You dismissed them as dumb amoeba not me. Free healthcare and childcare, don't campaign with Republicans, call them weirdos the entire time instead of backing off that attack. You can disagree on the actual ideas if you want, but she lost and I think those examples could have helped win.
It is the campaigns job to try and win an election, no matter what the landscape looks like.
And yes, I have an opinion on what I want from my representatives, from president down to park board. Don't you? I will never surrender my own mind to a political party, that'd be pathetic.
No, two teams can play poorly but one still has to win. I think Harris ran a better campaign and lost - some of it is luck, a lot is press and money pushing against the dems. I also think she maybe could have won with some different strategies.
No, but you can teach an old dog new tricks. They're people, and people do engage with the world around them. A campaign should try to engage back.
I think you need to start viewing candidates as your representative, someone who serves you and not the other way around. Flawless politics are reserved for autocracy, don't fall in that trap.
Oh and don't forget to screenshot before you block me :) :) :)
