Ooof, Been there myself! But so far, blender's recover auto save hasn't failed me once. And also, save different versions of your files, in case something gets corrupted!
artists on bsky, don't be afraid to repost your art. there is no shame in it. if you feel shameful for it, that's either learned behavior or secret fake rules you made for yourself. repost it several times a day, for several days. then again a month later. people aren't gonna see it otherwise.
