Awful. The silent pause familiar to any woman who has (in seconds) risk assessed whether to either tell a man who is being inappropriate to get lost (might make it worse/unsafe), or to find a polite way to extricate herself safely (but leaving her shaken and angry his behaviour went unchallenged)

How will this be different from Criminal Behaviour Orders, which are already available and allow for exclusion areas and positive requirements?
