New Record!!! 4 plates! 405 pounds of iron lifted. Three times.
I had made a 2026 resolution that I would be able to rack lift 2 plates off the pins.
I am able to do 4 plates today. In 3 months of time.
On my hypertrophy body transformation journey, I am coming closer and closer every day to matching the traps of Katulis.
Pretty soon, he will be a physical manifestation.
ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED:
100,000 LBS PUSHED in a single workout.
I am really proud of myself for getting into the gym after a relentless day of work and family, and busted out an absolute annihilation on my legs.
The Katulis bara power frame is becoming a reality. Never giving up.
Successful biceps and lats day for the tiger. Got a really good pump going. About 43k lbs of iron moved.
I'm finally starting to see a little bit of the results of relentless dedication and sacrifice. Here's to becoming uncompromisingly huge. ๐ฅ
