5am swim for some the smell of chlorine in the morning is as familiar as morning coffee. Good to be back after a week of weather closures.

January in the books Soild base training. Bike is good really happy where's it at. Swim got some solid yardage and speed work swimming with master even though the last week the swim has canceled. Back Monday. Run is lagging behind battling tissue adaptation issues but got 8 🧱 workouts at end.
