Probably the FRESH PRINCE house, but I will say that this angle of the BRADY BUNCH living room reveals how good an architect Mike Brady was. The room actually looks dynamic from this viewpoint!
Also: if you're ever looking for something fun to watch on a lazy evening, this double feature of Andrew Bergman-Nicolas Cage romcoms would definitely fill the bill!
(However, if you're gonna watch just one, it should be IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. It's great!)

#TIL that my beloved 1998 BRADY BUNCH marathon wasn't the first time the show aired on Nick at Nite! This marathon happened in 1995 (in conjunction with TBS) to celebrate the release of THE BRADY BUNCH MOVIE (which is good!). This surprised me!

Paddy Chayefsky sure knew how to write dialogue. It’s hard for me to describe it without sounding corny, but there’s beauty in how natural and down-to-earth it sounds!
Over on that OTHER website, I once wrote a thread about the Cascades that remains one of my finest hours on social media. They’re an undersung ‘60s pop group I highly recommend if you like soft, harmony-and-vocal-driven pop!

I know it’s just pareidolia, but one of the first things I noticed was the face created by the bush to the fire pit’s right.
It’s a perfect combination of a twisted imagination with some well-placed light and shadow!
My favorite thing about this story is how it’s built around a simple physical gesture. It’s definitely informed by emotion, but at the end of the day, it’s just letting your cheek muscles fall. Sometimes it really is that simple!

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen ANGUS and I barely remember seeing it, but I do remember that George C. Scott is EMPOWERING as the grandpa. He totally embodies the “be happy with who you are” attitude (even though he words it as “Screw what people think”)!
Something I always found extremely funny as a New Englander, William Daniels always sounded incredibly urbane and educated because he apparently grew up with an INCREDIBLY thick Boston accent and did his best to train himself out of it to be taken seriously as an actor.
