Im not even mad about the amount that I have to learn for my nursing degree, my tests are hard but important. I need to learn a lot about the human body to care for people properly. I just don't understand how someone can learn so much and yet still end up an anti-vaxx nurse.

Just a lite mozzarella:3 it's good! I toast it onto the muffins

Nothing special, it's just tofu with garlic and turmeric, S/P, and a lil soy sauce slathered and marinated on em and then pan seared then put on a English muffin with a lil cheese and either vegan sausage or turkey bacon. You can add mayo or avocado but since I freeze em I just leave em without :3

Made myself some tofu breakfast sandwiches last week and made more for this week and I cant believe it took me this long to remember how much I love tofu!
