Capsule machine: from cheap to expensive, maintanance on the machine sometimes (descaling), constant recycling, nespresso has amazing customer service, coffee is very expensive but there are lots of brands that make compatible capsules. Some machines you can steam milk also.
instant coffee, you'll have to find a brand you like. French Press, you will have to clean it every time, and it's glass. V60, single cup of coffee, uses paper filters and loose grounds. Coffee machine, thrift stores aplenty, makes more in a go. Bodum Pour over (like v60, but pretty).
