KPMP sends personalized participant update letters twice a year—a rare move in research.

I’m happy to announce the 6 month results from the SECOND @UNOSNews policy surrounding the elimination of Black race to diagnose and manage kidney disease. This policy required all US transplant centers review their waitlists and modify time for qualifying Black individuals.

While new therapies and treatments offer hope to some, we must keep pushing for innovation that reaches everyone.
Now it’s on all of us to protect the light. To advocate. To amplify. To fund the research that protects the health of our communities.

It’s what I can do. If everyone starts to cancel their account, it will help. It takes courage and a willingness to work for what you believe is right.

Me, too. Agreed. I’m rarely furious, but I am. I canceled Comcast and I am boycotting MSNBC, except Rachel on Monday - and I’m still on the fence about that.

I’m saddened @ furious about the @joyannreid cancellation. I’m boycotting MSNBC and cancelling Comcast until Joy Ann is back in my life. You’re an ally, so I will only watch your show on Mondays. While I relished the lineup from Nicolle on, these are actions I can take to register my disapproval.
