As I said above, the outgoing president creates a nominating committee who nominates president candidates. The shareholders then vote on the new president. The NFL has zero to do with the process.

Wrong. The nominating committee is approved by the president, who is voted in by the shareholders. This is a self perpetuating local body, not one controlled by the NFL. Where are you getting this? Are you making it up on the fly?
What are you talking about? That's not a thing. The league shares national media profits with each team, and a % of that goes to the NFL to cover league expenses. Teams don't pay the league it's the other way around.
