while I agree with you that I don't see why he should have a breakout season this year, I don't see why you didn't think he fits on this team, I love the way he attacks with speed and I think that he has a ceiling of being a very good 3rd line center or winger if he would only polish his game IMO

I hear you, I'm just not very comfortable with Laine. Idk what it is, I mean he definitely has a great shot but everything else gives me jitters
I agree with you, but my gut tells me that after those 10-15 games it will be needed..... I just don't see Laine as a player that can play a fast game
Don't forget that Bolduc has a great shot. What I really want is a second line of bolduc-dach-demidov. I'm nervous the way the line is now that Laine is gonna slow it down. also putting bolduc with demidov should have a great chance of breaking him out
