I think the hype comes from the creators (Tuomas Pirinen, Mike Franchina) and the aesthetic. I'm excited for the modelling potential!

Miniatures games would be Gaslands, Mordheim, Rumbleslam and Dead Man's Hand. Straight up board games top 4 are Everdell, Horrified, Shakespeare and Scythe.

It's been one of my favourites for years. It's visually stunning and I love tight little stories like this. I'm a high school teacher and I've taught it to classes before when looking at visual literacy.

Balance in warhammer is, and always will be, an illusion. The game itself will never be balanced, and competitive players write lists to make it more unbalanced. Embrace the asymmetry!

I wanted to have a crack at some freehand for the imperial knight I'm working on. First time doing freehand at this level of detail. It's hard work, but I'm having a blast!
