i think it’s ok to mourn the man that contributed to the art you loved. i think it’s also ok to remember how he has treated people. it’s ok to feel different ways about a death like this. death is complicated. this has been on my mind a lot today. i needed to say it somewhere.

i just wanted to get this off my chest cause i’ve been seeing so many mixed reactions. i think it is important to remember that he cannot see what people post, but others can. personally i can not imagine what the people who were in his life at different times are going through.

death is more complicated than whether or not the person was good or bad, because normally a person is very rarely entirely good or bad. death is complicated, and people are allowed to have different reactions when a person passes. he did a lot of bad but contributed to something generally loved.
