And the outer planets move so slowly that it completely removes a layer of personalization to Scorpio Aquarius and Pisces placements. If ur a Pisces rising using Neptune as the ruler everyone else with Pisces rising within 14 years has their Neptune in the same sign and house. Way less compelling
I learned the modern domicile scheme before learning the traditional domicile scheme and the awe that I felt when I saw the symmetry and intentionality behind all the traditional domicile rulerships cannot be understated. The modern scheme is difficult to memorize just can’t entice me the same way
