I think sarcasm and humour works well for undergrads. I spend a lot of time trying to break them away from the idea that you can't be yourself in academia, and you don't need to write the stuffiest and densest book possible to be successful, books like this help.
I'll add that to my reading list as well!

Did this for a recent small tournament, I’d keep it voluntary as some factions just can’t do it and be competitive. But good way of rewarding other types of list building and some people specifically went for it
