What's the over/under on Philosophy departments, either A. not accepting this cycle or B. fewer accepted?
How worthwhile is it to apply to PhD programs this cycle. Seems like it’ll be a new layer of hell this cycle (and more). Also feel like international programs sound better politically speaking.

Unclear if the top brass in military will per se go with this. But there are for sure hog grunts that will go with this. Shit if Trump nationalize the Nat guard of certain states then he would have the manpower for this. Now it is still in the air if this has any logistical sense to it.
