a story about a successful side character who has been isekai zapped into a toxic bad end rofan as a future victim to the toxic main leads but they actually manage to flee the country and live out a long and happy life with their family without ever having to interact with the main leads

Just finished reading The Boatman's Daughter and I was genuinely blown away by the atmospheric writing. It was so immersive I almost felt like I was gonna get heatstroke

as someone who has engaged in fandom spaces since 2010, the golden rule of "don't like, don't engage" is what keeps the entire ecosystem enjoyable for everyone who partakes in fandom culture. if you can't even respect that one single rule, you are not mature enough or smart enough to be engaging
