I live with bipolar disorder. To add to that, what’s awesome today might be forgettable tomorrow. Given that, in the “real world” I have often to wear a mask, but I won’t do it here, so I just go with whatever flow I’m in.
I’ve thought about it, and after all I’m not posting more tank pictures. Maybe I will when it’s over, but not the building process.
I need it to be a zen moment, an publishing pictures about it somewhat makes it a dopamine fix.
Day 3
Dude, there’s some way tiny stuff here. I’m still starting and I’ve already dropped one of these 2mm parts, never to find it again…
Anyway, I’ve painted the back and applied a bit of rust on the muffler. I may retouch it, but I think it looks nice like this.

Yes, it looks terrible!
But it’s only the first coat, it’ll improve.
Today I had one hour-ish so I went on to paint the previous stuff before starting on the rest of the tank.
I do wonder why didn’t I paint the muffler before gluing the supports. Oh well.

Day 1
So, I actually started building my tank!
There are some amazingly tiny parts, but nothing that my uber lenses won’t deal with!
I made a couple of mistakes with the clipper (lesson learned) but I’ve got the rear panel and muffler primed and ready to paint!

It’s not my first build (or first tank for that matter), but it’s been many years since the last, so it’s almost like a fresh start.
This one is by far the most detailed I’ve ever assembled, so I’m pretty hyped up for it!
Day 0
I’ve bought myself a new model kit tank, as I need a hobby that takes me away from the screen.
This one will take me quite a while, so I have the kit, the glue, the inks and the magnifying glasses ready to go!
