We need to address our debt & spending *and* this bill will do neither, it will increase the debt and what we pay each month in interest for the debt. This legislation also subsidizes industries that harm our health, which have cost us and will continue to cost us more.
I think we have reached the "Constitutional Crisis" at this point and the other branches of government, and any governments, any levers, have a responsibility to band together to arrest the dissolution of our fundamental structures and processes.
