For our last night in the Ebro Delta we are at Les Olles, a small lake which opens into the sea, one of the 3 places where we stayed for the past 17 days
We spent the day trapped in the van with 65mph winds. We found a hedge to shelter behind, no birds to photograph and couldnβt walk about but canβt complain about the surroundings
Sardinian Warbler
Have to have a Flamingo photo when in Spain
Little Gull
View from one of the hides
Our usual 1st stop in Spain is the Emporda Marshes, a place weβve been visiting for more than 20 years. Easy birding and a nice introduction to Catalonia
