That is what most professional sports casters are a duo between a play-by-play/frontman (primarily someone who has studied and had knowledge of communication) and an analyst who has proven their knowledge via gameplay
Definitely takes some practice and experience!
What I think you and other high level players bring to the table for commentary that not a lot of comms have is your analytical skill. You as a top level player don’t need to focus as much on being “presentable” as much as your knowledge of the game.
This weekend brought on a lot of stressors BUT I have some amazing friends who can pull through when I don’t have capacity and I greatly appreciate them

It’s so interesting watching the Olympics commentators and connecting how they maneuver through their conversations to Splatoon. I constantly find myself comparing sports commentary like this to my own commentary within splatoon and noting what I can take from them in terms of delivery and content.
