Sorry to get deep, I just - *really* looked at myself nude in the mirror for the first time in a while this morning and it was a little bit of a mind fuck.

Definitely need to start working out more. If the weight is gonna come off, I want to at least have something to show underneath.

Like talk about a privileged First World Problem to have - “weh the Zepbound works really well, weh I can afford it with my insurance”

But after an entire lifetime not being able to lose weight and the long process of accepting it and getting comfortable in my own skin… this is all so alien.

Weight loss is confusing. I realized I might just have to take the “THICC” moniker off my LED con badge by the next con I go to? Which like… idk I have such mixed feelings about the body changes. I told my doc flat out “I do not want to be a skinny bitch” and I really don’t. It’s all just weird.

Chronic Fatigue sufferer here: it’s both, and if you’ve got any kind of underlying anxiety condition then that’s also playing a part. I always schedule one day per week for NO plans, just Me Time, doing whatever my whims feel like that day. Cleaning, bed rotting, taking a walk, just whatever!
