Besonders schön am Laufen: Es geht auch prima unterwegs! Immer wieder schön, Städte laufend besser kennenzulernen. Heute 7,7km Morgenlauf am Main entlang, Pace 5:54. Auch um kurz nach 7 schon gut warm, ertappe mich bei schwärmerischen Erinnerungen an Läufe bei 1-stelligen Temperaturen. 🫣 #TeamLaufen
Thanks to everyone that came to our Symposium (despite the 9am Saturday slot 😆) and to the other presenters for such inspiring research on the role of cardiac and respiratory signals in perception, cognition and behavior 🫀🫁
