I don’t think people who aren’t regularly covering the reproductive rights beat realize how common it is for women to be incarcerated for miscarriages.

i think it's great for people to be able to do hobbies and other activities where they interact with the land and have relationships with nature, but being a full time agricultural worker is not that. being "a farmer" means being a land owner, which is not the same thing.

With my layoff and the job market being what it is, I've had some extra time to write more regularly. This was something I did the last time I was laid off, but for some reason, this time my output is steadily increasing, like I've been weight training or something.

btw about that pixar thing, the reason why these people think having a conversation about gay people with kids is difficult is because they don't know a way to say to their kid "gay people are normal but you are not allowed to be one" without sounding like a bigot (there is a reason for that)
