who was only made aware of the problem today. The event is already listed as approved on the Fairgrounds website, and a separate website is set up and taking vendor money to reserve booth slots. Presumably this website is run by Mach, and TicketCandy is processing the payments...

The Saratoga County Fairgrounds has been made aware of Mach’s history and is looking into the situation. My sources say a contract for the event has already been issued by the venue, however it has not yet been approved by the village administration of Ballston Spa...
