I learned about this album right out of high school around 2011 and I’d never heard anything like it. Truly an amazing legendary album. I don’t think I understood how incredible jazz could be until then.
I don’t mind those topics in books, but before I introduce a book with that as a central theme I’d like to check in with people in the club about their feelings on it
Reading “Convenience Store Woman” by Sayaka Murata for a late night book club I’m hosting. Very short, interesting, and also pretty sad. Hoping it ends well.

Just deleted my Amazon account. It had been a long time coming. I mostly used it for business items I needed to buy. I know I can find those things else where. I know I don’t deserve a pat on the back for the bare minimum, but regardless. Feels very good to be rid of it honestly.
