This book is far more intense than I thought it would be. I know it's a King novel, but there aren't many who could make this situation so terrifying.

Cannot go wrong with this one. It has its problems, but I consider it a really good, posts apocalyptic story. It has a great concept.

I just saw a post about returning audiobooks. Please do not do this unless you really do not like the book. Simply doing it to get "free" books, harms the authors. Some of the return fees are actually deducted from the author's payment.
Please return wisely, otherwise all narrators will be AI!
I honestly don't advise this. I understand why people do it, but it harms the authors. Not only do they not get paid, but the return costs are put back on them. I understand returning a book you truly don't like. But to avoid paying for them, this harms the authors

Alright professionals, I struggle a lot while recording my podcast with the clicking of my mouth. I am torn between sitting further back from the mic and getting worse quality, and sitting closer but hearing all my mouth noise. Any suggestions?

Very impactful. I started to watch the show based on it, but was let down that they changed the structure of the story to the point where there is no suspense.
If you have not listened to this one, now might be a very good time. This is a great story, with great narration and should deeply impact anyone who hears it.

The De Esser is usually very subtle. And just don't forget you are probably your worst critic
Have you tried any T De Esser plugins for your recording software? This might help either during recording or in post processing.
I have a hard time with my mouth clicking when I speak into the mic and have to be very conscious of it

I haven't even fully finished this. I am a massive 1984 fan, and typically I do not like dramatizations. But I would HIGHLY recommend this! The performance is stellar and it expands on the original story.

And I fully understand why people enjoy it so much, Ray Porter gives a masterclass performance for sure. I even said in my podcast review of it that I would still recommend it to people because I get why people love it
I enjoyed the three body problem more. However, I understand they are on different ends of the genre. That being said, I only compare them because of similar subject matter. I did enjoy project hail Mary, I just think it was way too hyped for me
