I believe they should have pathways to save themselves
I also believe that is less important than making sure that they are unable to hurt people and that the violence they cause can be met equally until that point

I didn't fall asleep until 3 am. Woke up at 9 am this morning. Kinda tired.
I just have to accept that there will be some nights in which I won't get any sleep. Not taking extra sleep meds anymore. Not supposed to anyways.

I'm still very much looking for a work from home job. The job I got now is temporary cuz I'll be damned. Mfer raggedy boss told me that I could sign up for extra hours but he has yet to sign me up for them.
It didn't do anything but give me anxiety all last week. He told me he just wants to see "growth" from me...whatever the fuck that means. And yay I'm signed up for more classes (phlebotomy and monitor tech classes) smh.
Last week was hell but today I feel better. Asshole boss won't give me anymore orientation days which means I'm basically on my own. I have to ask the nurses for help with ekgs and blood draws until I learn them and can do it myself.
