As someone who used to average 5 hours a night but now averages 8 hours….life is 100% different. Highly highly recommend getting more sleep where you’re able, if you’re able

Literally so thankful for the people who continue to show up at food places (grocery, fast food, restaurants, etc). It’s so fucking tough, and so fucking vital to have. They are paid or appreciated enough. I love the compassion & love on both sides of this story 💜
