I’m so glad for my baby steps. I bulked up a bit after that last photo-shoot and I was baby stepping the cutting. Cardio here, weightlifting there, making my yummy meals. Today though finally strong enough to combine all 3! 3 miles of cardio today and then leg lifting today. Now I just got my meals!
