Carla’s Song - that percussive sound that comes in is soooooo good. Immediately liked this one. Really builds well. His voice is beautiful on “heavenlyyyy”. So stimmy again. Really big finale, very Harry-Styles in terms of like Satellite & his love of crescendo moments sometimes. Love it!!
Paint By Numbers - feels queer coded to me, reminds me of Taylor too, esp folklore vibes. “Holding the weight of the American children whose hearts you break” is ummmm feels relevant 👀 lovely singing, it’s not my fave on the album but it’s chill
Dance No More - scatting is fun. Veeeery funky, maybe a bit too funky for me. Disco is definitely in this one.
Pop - yusss back to it, deep nasty bass yes please. Sexy again. “On my kneeees” 👀 Chorus is cool. “Mix two flavours” bisexual king??

Season 2 Weight Loss - yeah vibes, such stimmy noises in my ears my gosh. Loveee the pace of those drums. Love the moodiness. So many atmospheric moments on this album.

Taste Back - such a fun deep verse when it gets going. Love the rhythm of his vocals. Chorus is a little boring. Instrumental bridge was a missed opportunity for more dimension.
Are You Listening Yet - another unforgiving rhythm, really keeping you on your toes & driving it forward. The drum coming in on that first chorus is so fresh & then those chunky horns coming in? Rude. “If you must join a music make sure there’s dancing” - agreed.
