To friends: if ever I come across as cold or distant or even mean sometimes I am probably in my burnout phase and its definitely not you
It's funny how even later when people dont say stuff like "you're just weak" or "lazy" or whatever else anymore but it doesn't matter because you internalized those voices and you just tell yourself those same things anyway
I'm seeing what my mind is doing more now atleast which helps alot
But still it's so hard to put that label on myself
All my life I have been masking so hard and I can pass as "normal" mostly but I burn at 1000% fuel and that makes me burnout regularly and then I go pikachu surprised face at myself and I "self-soothe" as my therapist called it with bad habits

There was a time years ago where I would get high and just pay ark survival evolved alllll day with some friends it was great but I would never go back it was such a time sink to tame and hatch dinos, so much fun though good memories
