For political stuff- Surprisingly (although don’t tell them!)Steve and Andy’s Head North is interesting
Self help type thing- The Five Dysfunctions of a Team- Patrick Lencioni

As most of you know I don’t actually read many books, these are all audio books I listen to whilst walking to work, on the train or swimming. I spend a lot of time on a train and have spend over 70 hours in the pool this year to plenty of time to listen.
