I arranged one of my favorite songs by The Decemberists for SATB Choir + Piano last week, just put some finishing touches on it and calling it done!
My first float was 90 minutes long. It took me the first 30 minutes or so to really relax and stretch out, and then 10 minutes later the next 60 minutes had passed and I realized I had no idea how long anything had been. I may have time traveled a little.
I think this is the right direction for sure. Solve for _why_ sports are separated by gender. If it’s biology, then match up the important biological categories for each sport.
Also, writing a ska song about gnomes opened my eyes to how much of a gnome I am.
I’m playing a tiny show with my composition friends - singing one original song of my own, and doing backup vocals, keytar and melodica for a few others.
It’s been a lifesaver to have something creative to focus on for the lady few months.

Yeah, the alt layouts look very handy for learning a new one - I'm sticking with QWERTY for now. Would love to see a split ortho layout that really reflects my test keyboard.

I practiced typing on my corne split keyboard today and paid attention to actually keeping my fingers in their columns.
I strayed way more than I thought I did - I almost never type a 'c' with my middle finger or an 'r' with my index.
