If I were going to reboot a show it would be Space Above and Beyond.
It was a show before its time. And I think a show that centers on what happens when genetic engineering, artificial intelligence, and space colonization goes wrong is especially right for the moment.
Current NIH leadership want you to think they are using rigorous, consistent & scientific processes to screen studies to align them with agency priorities.
But the process that they have put down on paper is a sham.
It’s important to know NIH is not following its own guidance. Here’s why:

Indeed, in the same paragraph, we see both: “this employee is facing consequences—their job didn’t work out and they’re leaving it…” (it’s one single employee; they use of “their” and “they” suggests one or more employees are now involved)…“Mark’s desire for more consequences than that, when the problem has already been solved, comes across like he wants to twist the knife just on principle…” I’d really like to post this, Alison, and will if the third-party pronouns are changed to be second-party."
