1. Nh5 Bxf6 2. Bg3 threatening Nxf6 or Nxg7 if the bishop stays on the diagonal, and Bxe5+ forking the king and rook if the black bishop moves away from defence of the knight.

Typo. That was 3. Qxe8+.

The key here seems to be 1. Rxf7 Rxf7 2. Qg6+ Rg7 3. Rxe8+. Then there are multiple variations where white delivers checks to the black king.

Then white captures the rook with 3. Rxa7 and wins.

4. b8=Q
