Typo. That was 3. Qxe8+.
The key here seems to be 1. Rxf7 Rxf7 2. Qg6+ Rg7 3. Rxe8+. Then there are multiple variations where white delivers checks to the black king.
Then white captures the rook with 3. Rxa7 and wins.
