Love the old oxblood & cream coloured paint scheme for the vintage era trains. It makes them look more richly adorned in colour & elevated in status.

No problem. I always have ideas when I see them. The other triptych idea I have for that piece is by using the same color palette, but having 3 different compositions on their own. Then by combining 3 of them side-by-side creating a new composition. It also reminds me of my former house in #Toronto.

Interesting theme of the peek-a-boo fence -

The immediate sense of curiosity &/or voyeurism reminds me of this famous #photograph by Henri Cartier-Bresson of 2 men facing an erected cloth barrier to a site of some kind. One man finds a hole to peek through at what is behind the screen. #photography

I've had their lentil soup from 3 different locations and all were very good. It's a lighter colour than most but very tasty. (at least from the times I went there between 2005-2018)

I hope they have been able to keep up on their quality. It would be a shame if they didn't.

Thanks for noticing that. That particular roll of film was shot on quite a contrasty day & the development only enhanced it. Since I didn't have any small details to preserve, I decided to use grain & texture to add "detail" over larger shapes & tones similar to a paper negative or cabinet card etc.
