I really love my newish role at work. I'm baby leadership and oh, I missed working with people! I like being a friendly face and making people comfortable, no question is too small!
The worst thing about being on third shift are the weekends. I literally lost 4 days bec all I did was nap and watch YouTube.
Sleeping 10-12 hrs a day bad.
Yesterday, I napped on the couch between 1a-5a. Then went for breakfast at 7 and going back to bed at ~9 and napping until I slept from 12-6.

Human brains feed off of negativity. Negative thoughts are easily digested and play in a loop in your mind all of the time. The reality, however, is that there is also A LOT OF GOOD happening every single minute. You have to do more work to pay attention to the good but it's worth it.
