Drawing on EDA, self-report, & speech content, we found that medical residents clustered into an β€˜emotionally balanced, minimal arousal group” showed a higher propensity for confronting a senior medical resident (SP) behaving unprofessionally during a sim.

We found that medical residents randomly assigned to complete an anti-harassment simulation after watching an educational video on bystander interventions behaviorally outperformed those who completed the simulation before watching the video.

We examined medical residents’ emotions during simulation training & found that team leaders reported higher levels of shame πŸ˜”post-simulation compared to team members. Happiness & hopefullness 😁predicted perceptions of team performance & team mood. bpspsychub.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...
