Bell beast from silksong as a loaf, which doesn’t look too different than how bell beast normally looks. we also have hornet (also loaf) riding the majestic creature, and one of the babies on the ground next to them (let’s save pharloom with mama)

It really is!! Something very specific I have always loved doing is cutting and glueing stuff into my drawing, like using pages from old books as background elements or adding in washi tape or stickers, you can achieve similar things digitally but on a physical level it FEELS totally different

Also having a sketchbook spesifically is a bit like having a diary, I rarely write anything on the pages but I vividly remember when and where I drew the stuff in it and what I was thinking back then

It's just really nice how a hobby you have practically had all your life still manages to feel so novel and enjoyable. I do this stuff every day but just switching mediums feels like I'm discovering something new

I'm so so glad that I have rediscovered the joys of drawing traditionally like I know I'm just drawing moderately awful doodles for myself but it's so FUN I enjoy it!!! Even when they don't turn out nice I still like flipping through my sketchbook and seeing colourful pictures :)

It's almost like "I have too many options" paralysis. I intuitively lock in on specific things when I start filling in the void of boredom with my oc stuff inside my head

I spent probably around two hours just walking today and it really reminded me of how crucial boredom is for my imagination like I NEED to force myself into a situation where I can't create. I need to listen to music and not be allowed to do anything else. This is why I create more when I'm busy
