I went in Betty's branch in Ilkley after I'd been picking, and eating, mushrooms on the Moor.

*'Shared-Use', not 'Shared-Us'!*
I was very shaken up by that experience, which occurred as I was walking to work on a footpath which was just that (not a 'Shared-Us' one) and was stressed-out by it for several hours.
Oh, & I have been hit by a (bus) driver, whilst cycling around The St. James Barton Roundabout.
I've never been nearly hit by a car whilst walking on a footpath not designated as 'Shared Use', but I have nearly been hit by a speeding cyclist.
We should treat each other with respect, but that moron didn't.
As a pedestrian I'd feel safer, however, if there were clearer signage as to which footpaths are & are not designated as 'Shared Use'.
Off to see Martin Bramah's current combo (also including other ex-members of The Fall), House Of All, at Le Pub in Newport next month.

I was thrown out of a gig at The Fulham Greyhound back in the '70s 'coz someone (who I didn't know) was smoking one of those herbal cigarettes - an ACTUAL herbal cigarette btw - near where I was standing.
Okay, so I WAS smoking dope, but that's not what the staff smelled!
