I love requesting a library book. I'm doing a little good deed for myself and for the world, which I can then forget about until I get a little email that says "surprise! a treat for you!"

My hands and feet have improved so much since I worked through the Morpho book! I filled a good chunk of a sketchbook just copying from it.

So hard to balance having a routine with having a broken body.

Trying this new thing where I get up bright and early, drink my tea, do a couple of chores, and meditate. And then if I *still* feel like I've been hit by a ton of bricks, I can go back to bed or wake and bake or whatever.
