You have to figure out a way to take payment upfront, even if it’s a deposit. When we do consultations, we require the payment upfront. That way, the client has skin in the game. Reduces flaking substantially.

I live in Oregon. The central part of the state. We have extreme fire danger here, which amazes me considering that we supposedly have “unlimited water“ here in the Pacific Northwest. At one point this past summer, we had more wildfires burning here than anywhere else in the country.
