First is get rid of system that is not tailored to Habs strengths. It is a pig headed move. Add a seasoned coach as Associate to replace Burrows is a need as well. 4 years in game management is still alluding the coach. And for the love of all things we need 15 minutes of Xhekaj in front of the net
