Our local 711 has an entire freezer and shelving area full of vegan and vegetarian groceries. We grabbed a pack of vegan sausages and made this pumpkin, red onion, and garlic casserole. Lemon thyme and parsley from the garden, a pistachio βParmesanβ and bread from the traditional market.
