In case anybody wondered what it looked like for a President to actually win a Nobel Peace Prize vs. pretending to win one by extorting a woman who only wants the best for her country.

I attended some free workshops from our public health unit for people who are pre-diabetic or diabetic. We talked about basic food portions (half your plate should be vegetables), how to read labels, counting carbs, etc. It helped a lot.

I got an IUD put in for that reason (was in my late forties or early fifties).

My dog (labradoodle) hates the cold. Her feet can’t take the salt they put on sidewalks. So booties and a coat it is. My neighbours lab doesn’t seem to need anything.

Years ago, our retirement plans included travelling around the US in an RV, in particular visiting National Parks. Not anymore. Have been once in the last 10 years. Not likely to return anytime soon. This will further tank their tourism.
