I have my next appointment/ referral to get my ears looked at some more.
Since learning how bad it actually is I've taken steps to help myself feel more comfy in everyday life.
Also feeling less embarrassed to ask people to repeat themselves.

I do not feel very festive this year, due to my current situation.
I have some amazing friends who I've been spending time with and I'm super grateful to have them in my life.
