As well I think IG took a long time to get going after the Flickr area and people made that jump. I probably never got into Twitter either so the limited font is personally annoying to me. But it entices me to post randomly I guess

Yea it has changed a lot, it's more about attention and trends and less about meeting people a bit. And agreed I still use IG, but mostly for keeping up with people who don't use this etc.

I miss the forum days personally could find people very easily. Now they are up for the whole algorithm. Doesn't help that I feel most people haven't made the jump here yet either. I know some discords are good for bjd talks consistently, but you have to be invited and can't just find them yourself

I feel a bit overwhelmed with how many dolls I have/ones with no clothes.
But if I think about selling any 1) none really come to mind I love them all for different reasons. And 2) legit I think only one of my dolls is not a limited body or head. So I wouldn't be able to get them again if I wanted.

First two months this year are something I am a bit excited for. I already got one doll in the mail, with two others in transit. February is my bday, and I am going to see Iron Lung and a game I am super excited about comes out! Reanimal!

I have been wanting to work on a pair of shoes for a while now and I keep making mistakes when sewing. Idk if I just am not thinking or what. But it sucks to waste so much time and material just to have something. It work..

I hate sanding to make things super smooth so so bad. I am trying to get a shiny finish on some resin soles to cast and it's just never ending uuughh

I have been really focused and excited to make doll shoes and I have some in the works! I have some bases I sculpted and some WIP tops, but waiting on items to come in the mail to attach the eyelets. I feel rather accomplished with these.

My over hyperfixation this past week of me working basically all of my waking time on doing these scales. But they are done!!!
Dry brushing really made these scales pop!

Reorganized my room a bit, and now realizing how the shelf u got was just for my previous collection. I have one MSD on layaway, and then at least three dolls I will be printing in time. So oof I will be low on room for them all
