Welp the quickest way to squash a post-conference high is to try to color calibrate a new monitor with sub-par tools. I just wasted 2 hours of time I could’ve been spending on those new ideas. Here’s an idea: THINGS SHOULD JUST WORK THE WAY THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO.

I got so many compliments on my cat print blouse at this food blog conference… clearly I need to lean into the crazy cat lady brand even more and wear cat-coded clothing every day (our design biz is Purr Design so it’s makes perfect sense to me!)
But I’m considering having multiple catalogs this year, one for food/recipes, one for travel, and one for cats. Think this will help things run more efficiently or am I going to hate switching back and forth between catalogs constantly??
Lightroom users talk to me about catalog organization! I’ve always had one big catalog for all my photos, organized into folders by date and subject, and clearing out old folders after a year (raw photos are backed up on an external drive).

To qualify for an HSA we have to upgrade to a more expensive plan with a lower OOP max. Makes no sense whatsoever.
Want to hear some complete bullshit? Our self employed health insurance plan does not qualify for an HSA because the out of pocket maximum is OVER $15,000. Shouldn’t a plan with an OOP that ridiculously high be even more qualified for an HSA?!? Who made these inane rules?

I rearranged the apps on my Home Screen (finally deleted Twitter once and for all 😭) and now I keep accidentally opening up random shit instead of the apps I meant to tap. Muscle memory is no joke.
